Our Restaurant: Alfredos Pasta Fresca

Our restaurant is a typical Italian trattoria where everyone is welcome - from babies to seniors. It is a welcoming and warm place where we serve good Italian food and drinks, always with a smile. The restaurant is located in the market hall “Saluhallen” in the heart of Lund.

We serve fresh pasta, pizza, risotto, antipasti, desserts, coffee, beer, and a fine selection of Italian wines. We have a long tradition of take away, and sell a wide range of Italian delicacies. Benvenuti!

Our own Pasta fresca

All our dishes are made from our own fresh pasta, produced by hand in our kitchen here in Saluhallen. The pasta is made from Italian semola. We also sell fresh pasta by the kilo - spaghetti, lasagna, strozzapreti, tortellini and more, and we offer a selection of gluten-free pasta.

Lunch, Dinner and Catering

We always serve four dishes for lunch, ready at 11.00. We have a long tradition of take away - with lots of people coming here every day to pick up their lunch. All dishes are made from our own fresh pasta. We also serve pasta, pizza, risotto, antipasti and desserts all afternoon and evening.

Fine Italian Wines by the Glass, Beer & Coffee

We use the Coravin-system to pour our wines without removing the cork, so wine always tastes like it has just been opened. This method allows us to sell wonderful quality wines such as Brunello, Barolo and Barbera by the glass. We serve Italian beers such as Peroni, and on the tap we have Moretti,.

Of course we also offer spirits and drinks such as Grappa, Sambuca, Campari and Aperol Spritz. Our espresso coffee is made on Italian-roasted beans.

Cold Cuts, Parmesan, Panettone, Coffee, Oils & More

You will find a fine selection of Italian food chosen with love - products originating from Lombardy to Sicily. We sell salami, prosciutto, 32 months matured Parmesan, Torrone, biscotti, coffee, olives, oils, vinegars, pasta and much more. You can also expect seasonal products such as for Christmas, Panettone from the famous pastry-maker Borsani. And for Easter, we have classic Colomba.
